CUSAT MBA GD PI Experiences CUSAT GD Topics CUSAT School of Management studies SMS GD PI CUSAT MBA interview questions

Hi friends,I had my GD PI at CUSAT on June 3 2013.

Please find the process below

1.Document verification-You just need to bring CMAT Admit card and score card for this.Marksheet not needed.

2.Profile page:You will be asked to fill the profile sheet given by them.Some of the questions in the sheet were

  • Strengths and weakness
  • Areas in reading and Books
  • Why MBA
  • Hobbies
  • Extra curricular activities/achievements/Social contribution
  • Places visited outside India

Please be prepared with this answers as they will be putting marks based on our answer.

3.GD-A topic will be given and each of them has to speak about the topic for 1 min.They have to write the same in a paper as it will also be evaluated.After the real discussion starts which was be around 10 minutes in my case.After that we will be asked to write the summary of the GD in a paper.

GD Topics:My topic for the day was "Cricket is spoiling other forms of sports"

4.Interview:Some of the questions asked in interview were

 Tell about yourself,why MBA,Why CUSAT,what is derivatives(i was working on derivatives),what is islamic banking etc.Basically the working people will be asked about work related questions and others they will grill you with academic questions!

    Results published for cusat mba,i got 10th rank in the merit list!

      i am a keralite but have done my schooling and bachelors in Gujarat am i eligible?

  5. I’m sure those planning to go for an MBA degree will find this post quite useful. Even my brother wants to pursue MBA and asked me to help him in studying for GMAT. I tried to help him, but couldn’t give much time to it as I myself am busy preparing for Bar exams and taking classes at the New York Bar Exam Course.
